![]() ![]() Day 6 Sports released new Backyard Sports titles beginning in 2015, but these will not be included here as they do not carry the Humongous Entertainment label. Those rights were acquired by The Evergreen Group. Tommo also didn't acquire the Backyard Sports series. The rights to that game were aquired by Rebellion, which now acts as publisher of the game. Here’s what’s new in version 2: Improved, de-bugged hitting A fix to Scumm’s random number generation, which had a bug that caused hits to be much weaker than when playing without ScummVM. When that happens, it also shows up a white text at the screen, that I believe is the subtitles for the audio. What happens is that sometimes the players and the commentators doesn't even start the sentece and the audio gets interrupted. Note that Tommo did not acquire the rights to Moonbase Commander. It includes a number of fixes and improvements for Backyard Baseball 2001 online play. So, I am playing Backyard Baseball 2003 on Windows 10 using ScummVM. They are just included here for the sake of completeness. None of these titles will ever be compatible with ScummVM, as they are out of the scope of the project. This game continues the tradition from the 2001 version, as it has official licenses from the Major League Baseball and the Major League Baseball Players Association, and features MLB players portrayed as children. Contribute to scummvm/scummvm development by creating an account on GitHub. While it has a set of fictional kids known to the franchise it also includes a number of real MLB players, as cartoon modeled kids. It also includes the Backyard Sports titles released from 2004 to 2010 under the Humongous brand name and the games published by Humongous Entertainment under Tommo ownership after they purchased Humongous Entertainment from the Atari bankruptcy auction in 2013 (however, it does not contain games published under the Humongous Publishing label as these games do not use licenses that were developed by Humongous Entertainment. Backyard Baseball 2003 was the third game in the Backyard Baseball series of games aimed at recreating the experience of playing baseball as children. Backyard Baseball 2003 is a baseball sim, with characters that are cartoon kids, not realistic player models. This is a list of all known Humongous Entertainment games. ![]()
